The Balcony at Fairmont: A Prayer for Power

Premise

During a lavish celebration at Douglas Fairmont's mansion, Reverend Marcus Ashworth excused himself to the 3rd floor balcony for some fresh air. Moments later, guests heard a loud sound that many describe as a gunshot. People rushed outside and found Marcus's body on the ground below the balcony. A tree branch above is visibly broken. Shattered glass from a nearby first-floor window is scattered around the body. There is blood. The balcony door upstairs remains open.
