Refund Policy

All sales final

Each paid session unlocks 12 hours of hosting access. Once payment completes, the session is non-refundable regardless of whether you host a game.

Why?

Each purchase triggers AI generation work and reserves platform compute for your hosting window. We can't meaningfully reverse that, so sales are final at checkout.

Goodwill exceptions

If a session fails to function due to a platform-side issue — for example, a scenario fails to load, the AI clue-generation errors out before the first phase, or the service is unavailable during your entire 12-hour window — we'll issue a goodwill refund.

Email support@nanlogic.com within 7 days of purchase with the payment date, scenario name, and a description of what went wrong. Include any error messages you saw.

Goodwill refunds are a courtesy, not a policy, and aren't available for user-side issues (lost phone, party cancelled, changed your mind).

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or duplicated, contact us first at support@nanlogic.com — we can resolve most issues faster than a chargeback. Stripe's dispute process remains available as your final recourse.

Creator earnings and refunds

If we issue a refund on a session, any creator share already accrued for that session is reversed. Refunded sessions don't count toward creator earnings.
